This is a reversible surgical cap, chemo hat, head covering. With it being reversible its like getting 2 hats for the price of 1 that can be worn 3 different ways. You can tie the bow on top, tie it underneath to make a bouffant hat, or do a ponytail tie. I do take custom orders. Please note the tie may be different than whats in the picture.
