Partners need a duly registered business, physical location, and commitment to serving their community. For freelance partners, registering under a duly registered business or a Common Initiative Group (CIG) is a requirement.

Earnings vary based on services offered and transaction volume for each service, with competitive commission structures.

We provide most equipment and training. A basic PC, phone or tablet and for some services, internet connectivity are the main requirements.

The approval process typically takes 3-10 business days after we receive your complete application. This includes verification of your business registration, location assessment, and compliance checks. We'll keep you updated throughout the process and may contact you for additional information if needed.

We provide comprehensive initial training covering our products, services, compliance requirements, and technical systems. This includes both classroom and hands-on training. Ongoing support includes a dedicated partner relationship manager, 24/7 technical assistance, regular refresher training sessions, and marketing materials to help you promote the services effectively.

There are no upfront fees to join our partnership program. However, partners pay a monthly fee and are responsible for basic requirements like internet connectivity and a secure location. We provide the necessary software, training, and marketing materials at no cost. Some specialized equipment may require a refundable security deposit.

Partnerships can be terminated at any time during an ongoing month.

Commission payments are processed monthly and transferred directly to your designated bank account by the 15th of each month for the previous month's transactions. You'll receive a detailed statement showing all transactions, applicable commissions, and any deductions. Our transparent reporting system allows you to track your earnings in real-time through our partner portal.
